QA/QC Introduction

A quality department has been specially set up, with three subordinate teams responsible for quality control, quality inspection and quality measurement. Staff in these sections are responsible for:
1) Internal quality system related documentation, with quality guidelines and targets having been implemented
2) Management and control over quality system related documentation
3) Monitoring and testing of both production processes and products, control over monitoring and measuring devices, internal auditing, control over substandard products, data analyses, improvement of the quality control system
4) Identification of the product state.
